一、Winter Vacation Time
According to the school's arrangement, the winter vacation for students is scheduled from January 26, 2026 (Monday) to March 1, 2026 (Sunday). Students are required to complete the registration for the new semester on time on March 1, 2025, and classes will officially commence on March 2, 2026 (Monday).
At the beginning of each semester, students must complete the registration procedures as stipulated by the school. Those who cannot register on time must apply for leave; otherwise, they will be treated as absent without leave.
Those who have not paid tuition fees as required by the school or do not meet the registration conditions will not be registered.
二、Winter Vacation Management
Please pay attention to the expiration dates of your passport and visa. Please apply for a passport renewal before its expiration. If your visa (residence permit) expires before March 1, 2026, please come to CIE (Room 323) to apply for a visa renewal by January 26, 2026. Please also settle your tuition and accommodation fees in advance.

三、Reminder for Safety
Wherever you are, please keep your phone and WeChat available, closely follow the notices issued by the school, and respond in a timely manner. If you encounter difficulties or need help, please inform your college teacher promptly.
To ensure a safe holiday, students are reminded to pay attention to the following during the vacation:
1.Do not engage in any drug-related activities. Violators will be severely punished. In China, substances like marijuana, opium, heroin, methamphetamine, morphine, and cocaine are considered drugs. Drug use in China is a serious illegal act, and smuggling, trafficking, transporting, or manufacturing drugs are considered serious criminal offenses.
2.Illegal work is prohibited. Foreign nationals working in China without the required work permit and work-related residence documents are engaging in illegal employment.
3.Safeguard your cash and valuables. Mobile phones, laptops, digital cameras, etc., should be carried with you or entrusted to someone for safekeeping. When leaving, make sure to lock doors, windows, drawers, and the room to prevent theft.
4.Before leaving your dormitory, check the safety of water and electricity use. Ensure that faucets are turned off and power is cut off to prevent fires, electric shocks, and other safety accidents.
5.Pay attention to traffic safety while returning to your country or during travel. If you need to use transportation, choose a licensed vehicle and fasten your seatbelt.
6.Be cautious of various types of scam texts or calls. Do not give your personal account information to any strangers who call. Never disclose any card or verification code information to callers with unknown identities.
7Comply with Chinese laws, regulations, and school rules. Do not organize or engage in illegal activities.
8.Pay attention to fire safety. Do not smoke indoors or use open flames. Cut off the power supply of electrical equipment when leaving the room. Do not put the wiring board on the bed to avoid igniting the bedding and causing fire. Please avoid using illegal electrical appliances, namely, electric blankets, immersion water boilers , etc.
9.During the holiday period, please pay attention to weather changes. Pay attention to weather warnings, take preventive measures, avoid safety hazards caused by severe weather, and ensure personal and property safety.
