Xiang Yu led the study of the "Announcement of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party" and theSuggestions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development", emphasizing the of learning the original text, and shared in detail the content of listening to Minister Huai Jinpeng's lecture on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 0th Central Committee of the Party during his study period in Beijing. He introduced the core meaning of Minister Huai's lecture on the spirit of the Plenary session and focused introducing Minister Huai's deployment and requirements for the implementation of the spirit of the Plenary session in the field of education, emphasizing that every educator should deeply understand the three attributes education, base themselves on their own positions, and contribute to the construction of a strong educational country in the new journey.
Previously, the Party Branch of theInternational School and the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation had already held a Party branch meeting to convey and study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central of the Party in the first time.
