On October 29th, Officer Ye from the Exit Entry Management Bureau of Huzhou Public Security Bureau gave a special introductory education lecture on exit entry policies to more than 100 international freshmen from over 30 countries.

By presenting a typical case of fines and restricted residence permits for overstaying, Officer Ye reinforced the compliance awareness of new students with real lessons, reminded everyone to establish a visa information ledger, and regularly check the status of their documents.
In the practical operation explanation session, Officer Ye provided a detailed explanation of the on campus registration process for accommodation registration, which is the primary procedure after entry. Combining with the service experience of the first Gongfu Police College Station in the province, he informed new students that they can register through the campus self-service terminal or online platform without having to travel to the police station. In addition, he also answered high-frequency questions such as passport loss replacement, visa type change, and holiday departure reporting one by one, forming a complete service chain of policy interpretation process guidance problem response.
