Congratulations! You are admitted by Huzhou University and welcome you all to be a new member of Huzhou University! To ensure the safe and orderly registration of new students, we will arrange the registration from October 21st to 23rd. We hereby inform the registration-related matters as follows:

体检
Physical Check-up
新生在注册前，必须在杭州国际旅行卫生保健中心进行体检（包括发检）。新生在获得《境外人员体格检查记录验证证明》后才能办理居留许可。经检查确认患有我国法律规定不准入境的疾病者，应当立即离境回国。
注意：必须告诉医院本人是湖州师范学院新生。

International freshmen should take a physical check-up (including hair test) at Hangzhou International Travel Healthcare Center (lTHC) before registration. International freshmen can apply for residence permits after they obtain a Certificate of Verification of Physical Check-up Record for Foreigners issued by lTHC. Those who are ascertained upon Check-up as patients of any disease due to which no entry is allowed, as specified in China's laws, shall leave immediately for their home country.
Attention: It is necessary to inform the hospital that I am a new student at Huzhou University.

到校注册
Registration10月21日-23日，所有国际学生新生须在规定时间到学校指定地点进行报到注册，无特殊原因未在规定时间报到注册视为自动放弃录取资格。
Oct.21st-23rd, International freshmen should register at designated place on time. Except for justified reasons, those who do not register within the time, will be considered to have forfeited their admission.

国际学生新生须在进入中国的24小时内办理居住登记。校内住宿者，携带护照到各校区宿舍前台办理;校外住宿者，须在入住校外公寓24小时内携带护照、租房合同等到居住地所在派出所办理临时户口登记。
International freshmen must do residence registration within 24 hours after entering China. Students living on campus can bring passport and finish the residence registration at the reception desk in the campus dormitory. Students living off campus must go to the local police station with passport and rental agreement and finish the residence registration within 24 hours after moving into apartment/room.
