The Program about Establishment of Foreign Student Association of International College in Huzhou University

一、报名条件

 The condition to sign up

1、湖州师范学院在籍留学生,尊重各国文化,遵守中国法律,热爱校园工作。

2、遵守校纪校规,在校期间无违纪、无作弊现象、无欠费。

3、具有一定汉语水平,愿意接受国际学院的统一领导。

4、有良好的学习和环境适应能力,能与中国学生干部友好合作。

1. International students in Huzhou University who respect the different culture, obey the Chinese law, and love campus works.

2. Obey the university's rules, didn't violate the discipline, cheat in exams and delay paying fees

3. Have a certain ability of Chinese language, be willing to accept the unitive leadership of International college.

4. Have a good ability of studying and environmental adaptation; could build a great cooperative relationship with Chinese students. 

二、报名流程

 The process to sign up

报名者可在工作时间(周一至周五8:00—17:00)到东校区二号行政楼325办公室领取并填写报名表。也可至国际学院官网或微信“湖师国际”后台下载电子报名表,填写后发至邮箱:hushiguojibu@163.com(注:本次报名时间为:2018年3月29日—2018年4月4日)

The applicants can get and fill in the registration forms at Room 325, NO.2 Administration Building, East campus during work time( From Monday to Friday8:00― 17:00). The electronic application form  can be downloaded from the website of International College or WeChatHZUISA. Send it to this email address: hushiguojibu@163.com after filling in it. ( The registration time will last from March 29th, 2018 to April 4th, 2018. )

三、选拔程序

The process of selecting

1、申请:应聘者要在2018年4月4日下午5点前要将报名表交至东校区2号行政楼325办公室或发送到指定邮箱:hushiguojibu@163.com(逾期不候)

2、笔试:考察应聘者对留学生工作的了解和工作作风,具体时间地点另行通知。

3、面试:笔试通过者进入面试,具体时间和地点另行通知。

4、投票:面试通过者入围投票环节,每位应聘者需进行三分钟竞职演讲,采取公众投票的方式决定最终的入选者。

5、公示:被确立的拟聘任名单将进行为期一周的公示,公示期结束后,国际学院将根据学生自身特点和岗位需求进行适当调配,进入为期一个月的试用阶段。

6、聘用:试用合格后,将正式受聘工作于湖州师范学院国际学院留学生会各部门。聘期为一年,工作期满一年后,考核合格者颁发聘书。

1. Application The applicants should submit the registration form to Room 325 of, NO.2 Administration Building, East campus before April 4th, 2018 5:00 pm, or send it to the email address: hushiguojibu@163.com. ( It will be useless if you submit it beyond the appointed time. )

2. Written examination: To test the applicants understanding of international students' work and working style; time and place will be announced later.

3. Interview: The applicants who passed the written examination will get the interview; time and place will be announced later.

4. Voting: The applicants who passed the interview will be shortlisted to the vote process, each applicants should make a three-minute campaign speech. The finalists will be elected by public vote.

5.Public announcement: The list of appointed applicants will be announced for a week. After the public announcement, International College will make appropriate assignment according to students' own characteristics and job requirements. And the appointed applicants will enter a one-month trial period.

   6. Employment: After the qualified trial, the appointed applicants will be formally employed in Foreign Student Association of International College of Huzhou University. The employment period will be last for one year. After one yearthe qualified person will be awarded the letter of appointment.
