2023年11月1日下午，我校国际学生和老师及志愿者们共同前往湖州中等卫生专业学校开展主题为“研学相融，趣解中医”的活动。
On the afternoon of November 1, 2023,international students, teachers and volunteers from Huzhou University , jointly went to Huzhou Secondary Health School to carry out an activity on the theme of Integration of Research and Learning, Enjoying Traditional Chinese Medicine.
在前往目的地的途中，老师大致地向同学们介绍了中医的特征和本次活动的内容，让同学们对本次活动有大致的了解。
On the way to the destination, the teacher roughly introduced the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and the contents of this activity to the students, allowing them to have a rough understanding of this activity.
到达目的地后，老师和同学们前往会议室举行授牌仪式，随后同学们通过一段视频领略了卫校的风采以及国家对医学的重视。
After arriving at the destination, the teachers and students went to the conference room to hold a licensing ceremony. After that，the students appreciated the charm of the medical school and the importance of medicine in the country through a video.
随后同学们换了一身衣服，开始跟随老师学习中国经典的强身健体气功“八段锦”，领悟其动作要点，感受气功的精髓，在打完一段完整的八段锦后进行了总结并合影留念。
Later, the students changed their clothes and followed the teacher to learn the Chinese classic Qigong exercise 'Eight Section Brocade' and successfully understand its important movements and feel the key of Qigong. After completing a full ‘Eight Section Brocade', they summarized and took a photo as a souvenir.
之后同学们分为两组进入教学楼体验拔罐刮痧等中医的传统理疗和参观中医药藏管。在体验理疗时不少同学跃跃欲试，在体验结束后都感到神清气爽，对中医文化赞不绝口。
Then, the students were divided into two groups to experience traditional Chinese therapies such as cupping and scraping in the teaching building and to visit the Chinese medicine collection. During the therapy，many students were eager to have a try and after experiencing it, they felt refreshed and couldn’t help themselves speaking highly of Chinese medicine culture.
随后由长兴中医院的医生带领同学们品尝了中国的中药茶并且参观古代书籍所记载的草药的标本，介绍了它们的功效，令同学们感受到了中医文化的博大精深。最后我们带着卫校送来的礼物在欢声笑语中登上了返程的大巴，结束了下午的活动。
After that, doctors from Changxing hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine led students to taste Chinese herbal tea and visit the specimens of Chinese herbal medicine recorded in ancient books, introducing their benefits, and making them feel the extensive and profound culture of traditional Chinese medicine culture. Finally, we boarded the return bus with gifts given by the nursing school in happy laughter as well as cheerful voices, ending the afternoon’s activities.
本次活动不仅弘扬了中华传统文化，彰显了中医药的魅力，同时能很好地促进中医走向世界，让更多人感受到中医药的魅力。
This event not only spreads traditional Chinese culture, showing the charm of traditional Chinese medicine, but also does good for helping the traditional Chinese medicine walk towards the world, letting more people can experience its fascination.
