2017年浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请通知
“浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金”（以下简称奖学金）是浙江省政府设立的专项奖学金，旨在吸引、鼓励优秀的外国留学生到浙江留学。根据浙江省教育厅的有关规定和要求，结合本校特点，特拟定本申请办法。
一、浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金
ZHEJIANGProvincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students (ZGSFS)
Ｂ类：4名，20000元，用于奖励来华攻读本科学位的留学生。
Ｃ类：7名，6000元，用于奖励来华学习汉语及其他专业进修的留学生。
Type B: RMB 20，000, for foreign students who study Bachelor Degree Programs.
Type C: RMB 6，000, for the long-term program students.
二、申请条件 Requirements
（1）申请人就读本科生，应获得相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历或证书，年龄在30周岁以下。
The applicant ofBachelor-degree program shall be under the age of 30, and he/she must haveachieved the certificate or diploma which is equal to Chinese High SchoolCertificate.
（2）申请人须拥有外国国籍，持有外国护照，对华友好，身体健康；
The applicant shallbe a healthy foreign citizen holding foreign passport.
（3）申请人须表现良好，在校内无旷课等违反校纪校规行为,在校外无违反中国法律法规的行为。
The applicantshall be well-behaved, and he/she has no record of violation of the regulationof Huzhou university and the law of
（4）申请人应具有相应的汉语水平，并提供相关证明，如HSK证书、其他汉语学习和考试证书等。部分直接用英语授课的专业可适当放宽条件。
The applicantshall have a certain level of Chinese, and he/she shall submit the copy of thecertificates of HSK and other Chinese test. For applicants who are enrolled inmajors taught in English, the level of Chinese is not required.
（5）申请人成绩在本年级或本班名列前茅，无不及格科目，无旷课，无欠费。
The applicants performance of study shall be excellent.NO fail in any subjects, NO absenteeism and NO arrearage.
（6）在湖州师范学院就读一年及以上。
The applicantshall have studied at HuzhouUniversity for more than1 year.
三、申请材料 Documents for Application
申请材料一式1份，主要包括：
（1）《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》

（2）经过公证的最高学历证明与成绩单复印件。如申请人为在校学生，须提供成绩单复印件；
Highest diploma(notarized photocopy). If applicants are HuzhouUniversitystudents, they should also provide the grades(Academic performance) of studyfrom their college.
（3）Photocopy of the applicant's passport
（entry stamp page and latest visa page)
（4）推荐信：申请攻读本科者，须提供学生所在学校两名教师推荐信；Applicants in Bachelor degree program are required to provide twoletters of recommendation in Chinese or English from 2 teachers.
（5）申请人为汉语授课专业，则需提供HSK证书或其他汉语考试证书复印件；HSK Certificate or other Chinese Language Test results (photocopy)if in Chinese-taught program.
（6）《外国人体格检查记录》（6个月之内）复印件；

（7）申请人所在学院开具无不及格科目、无旷课证明，需盖学院公章。
The applicant'scollege shall issue certificate with offical stamp to prove no fail in anysubjects and no absenteeism.
四、申请材料提交截止时间：
2017年11月8日
Deadline: 8th Nov,2017
五、奖学金的评审及通知
1、国际学院于申请截止后汇总申请情况；召开奖学金评审会议，由评审委员会根据申请情况，按照公平、公开、公正的原则，将于11月中旬提出评审意见及拟获奖名单。
The final resultwill be published after the meeting of Scholarship Committee before 15th Nov,2017.
2、学校将评定结果在国际学院网站公示三天后，将推荐名单上报省教育厅审核批准。评定结果由外事处、国际学院负责解释。
The result will bepublished on the website of International College for 3 days, and then thefinal result will be submitted to Provincial ministry of education forratification. Foreign Affairs Office and InternationalCollegereserves the right of explanation.

如何填写奖学金申请表/How to fill out the application form?
第一部分：个人信息，请如实填写
Part 1: PersonalInformation, please write clearly.
第二部分：申请类别和已获得奖学金情况，请在相应的奖学金类别前的括号里打√。
学校有权根据奖学金的名额及申请人实际情况进行调配。
Part 2: Pleasetickle at the right type that you want to apply.
The universitykeeps the right to accommodate the types of the scholarship according to thequota and the students’ actual conditions.
第三部分：个人陈述，请写下申请奖学金的原因，以及列出自己的竞争理由。
Part 3: PersonalStatement, please write down the reason why you apply this scholarship and thefactors of your competences.
第四部分：推荐人意见。请相关任课教师填写。
Part 4:Recommendation. Please ask your teacher to fill out this blank.
表格可以用中文或英文填写。可以在电脑上填好后打印出来签名，或者手写，但需要字迹清楚。
This applicationform can be filled out in Chinese or in English. You can do it either withhandwriting or with typewriting. Keep itclear enough by handwriting and don't forget to sign.
